Fabric Choices
Cotton -
Cotton fabric has very good breathable characteristics, it is hypoallergenic, agreeable to touch, it suits perfectly for people with skin hypersensitivity. It has low thermal-conductivity, therefore it is an ideal material for both summer and winter clothes: in summer it prevents your skin from heat, and in winter it preserves the warmth of your body. We carry Comb Cotton, Chief Value Cotton and Tetron Cotton. Cotton Lacoste - A Honeycomb fabric is manufactured from mercerized cotton or polyester/cotton mixture yarn with dense loops and it is widely used in t-shirt and casual tops. It has obtained its name from a French company which uses a crocodile as its emblem. "ICON" Recycled Microfiber Ventilite - A modern tech material for fitness apparel, consisting of microfiber and polyester both made from recycled plastic products. This fabric is engineered to wick away sweat from the body to the fabric surface, where it evaporates. As a result, Ventillite keeps athletes dry and comfortable. We carry Interlock, Polar and Eyelet Ventilites. These fabrics can be use in Sublimation Printing (Digital Print) Our Newest selection is called Heather Tiger Stripe Microfiber. Great for round necks and collar polo shirts. |

Printing Methods
Traditional Silk Screen Printing:
Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of polyester or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is forced into the mesh openings by the fill blade or squeegee and by wetting the substrate, transferred onto the printing surface during the squeegee stroke. As the screen rebounds away from the substrate the ink remains on the substrate. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design. Heat Transfer Print: Once the design has been selected, it is printed on a special heat transfer paper which is then positioned on the garment. The paper is later squashed against the fabric using a heat press. It is left this way for however amount of time is necessary for the heat to do its job. After the required amount of time has passed, the press if lifted and the garment is left alone to cool down. If everything went well, then you should have a quality finish t-shirt. Sublimation - Digital Print: Digital printing is replacing traditional methods in different branches of the graphics industry. There are multiple reasons for this shift but the main drivers are the cost-efficiency, possibility to personalize prints and the flexibility of these machines. Sublimation printing is a technique that uses heat sensitive inks. These inks turn into gas under the influence of heat and combine with a 100% polyester medium. Since the ink becomes part of the structure of the material, the images on the fabric don’t fade or crack - even after multiple washings. |
